Horn Wellness offers a wide range of wellness experiences for networking groups, businesses, conferences, and the community. The goal is to partner with our clients on the purpose of each event.
Is it connection with their co-workers or network? Is it stress-release after finishing a big project? Is it to set group intentions before a 3-day offsite training? Or is it just awareness and education to wellness?

Horn Wellness hosts 15 to 30-minute virtual sessions, intentionally crafted for each business and their needs. This could look like mid-week mental resets, pre-meeting intention setting, pre-brainstorming creativity, and end of the week detox.

Breathwork: Guided breathwork regulates the nervous system before big client meetings, team brainstorms, and hour-long training sessions. Helps refocus the mind and energize the body from the inside out. No need to stand, no need for a mat, and no need for a change of clothes.
Chair Yoga: Gentle movement that grounds and revitalizes. Opens up the joints and muscles, connects you with your body, and helps set daily intentions before starting or finishing your day. No need to stand, no need for a mat, and no need for a change of clothes.
Guided Meditation: A type of meditation where we guide our attendees by prompting mental images, places, and use the senses to help relax and focus the mind. No need to stand, no need for a mat, and no need for a change of clothes.

Sound Bath: Sound baths are a deeply relaxing, immersive experience where soothing sounds from instruments like crystal bowls and chimes can help calm the nervous system. Participants rest comfortably while the sounds wash over them. This is great to pair with breathwork, guided meditation, and restorative yoga. Will require a mat (for lying down), a pillow, a blanket, and comfortable clothes.
Purchase in-person sessions of either gentle flow, yin yoga, restorative yoga, or sound bath . Can use the session anytime within a 6 month window, must have 35 participants or less, and part of the proceeds go to a nonprofit partner.
Gentle Flow: A slow flow that connects you with your body and the community around you. Rhythmic movement that moves the energy throughout the body that releases tension, creates mental clarity, and promotes blood circulation that helps with creativity. Requires standing, a mat, and workout clothes.
Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga is all about stillness within postures. Attendees will be asked to hold (easy) positions for up to 5 minutes. Yin Yoga is great for deep muscle release, creating a strong sense of calm and groundedness, and great for a good night’s sleep. Requires (some) standing, a mat, and comfortable clothes.
Restorative Yoga: Restorative Yoga is all about recovery. Attendees will be asked to hold (easy) positions for up to 10 minutes. Restorative yoga is great for a deep mental and physical reset, stress recovery, and encourages mental stillness. Requires a mat and comfortable clothes.
